With spring right around the corner, we can look forward to rhubarb, artichokes, arugula, and one of my favorites, asparagus. This asparagus gratin recipe will go with just about anything, or is great just by itself. Asparagus needs very little help, especially when it’s in season. This asparagus is kicked up with plenty of cracked black pepper, the sharpness of Pecorino cheese, and creamy, buttery, brioche bread crumbs mixed with the crunch of Panko bread crumbs.
